Tuition Statements

Once a family registration is received, a tuition statement is emailed to the parent. If the parent chooses the monthly or semester payment plan, email notification must be made by the first day of class. Otherwise, the student will not be able to begin class.

Tuition

Tuition rates vary depending on when you pay, how you pay and the number of students and classes for which you are registering. Please note that tuition is due in full by August 8, 2012 unless another payment option is selected.

Rates:

Multi-class or multi-child discount:

For every course paid in full, one additional course will be discounted by $25. The courses may be different and taken by multiple children in the same family. The discount requires a paid-in-full course for each discounted. Please note that this discounts may not be applied to tuition paid by semester or monthly.

Payment Option #1: Pay in Full by August 8th

This is the only payment option that allows for discounts.

Payment Option #2: Pay by the Semester

You may choose to pay tuition in two payments: one due on August 8, 2012 and the other due on January 2, 2013. However, this option does not allow for any discounts. Semester payments do not relieve a parent of the full tuition payment commitment.

Payment Option #3: Pay by the Month

Deposit:

Note: After the first day of class, parents are expected to pay the yearly tuition in full no matter which method of payment is utilized. In unique situations, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Communication is key to a insure a positive working relationship with teachers and parents. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please contact me by email or phone as soon as possible. Waiting until a payment is late doesn't benefit anyone.
