Tuition
Tuition rates vary depending on when you pay, how you pay and the number of students and classes for which you are registering. Please note that tuition is due in full by August 8, 2012 unless another payment option is selected.
- $360 per student per full year course
- $180 per student per semester for semester long courses
This is the only payment option that allows for discounts.
You may choose to pay tuition in two payments: one due on August 8, 2012 and the other due on January 2, 2013. However, this option does not allow for any discounts. Semester payments do not relieve a parent of the full tuition payment commitment.
- Total tuition due plus a single $25 administrative fee, divided by eight monthly payments (September, October, November, December, January, February, March and April).
- No discounts may be applied.
- Tuition statements are emailed to parents by the 1st day of the month and payment is due by the 10th of each month. Payment arrangements may be made for another day of the month, but those arrangements must occur in advance to prevent late fees. The address for mailing payments is on the monthly statement. If a payment is post-marked or received in person after the 10th, a $10 fee will be added to the next statement.
- Note that monthly payments do not relieve a parent of the full tuition payment committed.
- A $45 deposit per student is required to hold a student's place in a course.
- This deposit must be paid by June 15th, the registration deadline.
- If a parent pays in full when registering, the deposit is not required.
- The deposit is applied to total course tuition . If monthly payments are made, the deposit is applied to the first billing statement.
- If a parent withdraws a student after registration from any courses, the deposit is forfeited.
Note: After the first day of class, parents are expected to pay the yearly tuition in full no matter which method of payment is utilized. In unique situations, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Communication is key to a insure a positive working relationship with teachers and parents. If you find yourself unable to make a payment, please contact me by email or phone as soon as possible. Waiting until a payment is late doesn't benefit anyone.
